Our story
It started with a security team drowning in alerts.
CyberXSolutions started with an unglamorous observation: most companies were not short of data, talent or ambition. They were short of systems that could act.
2019
A security team drowning in alerts
Our first engagement was a security operations centre reviewing 40,000 alerts a month by hand. We did not sell them a model. We rebuilt their triage path, automated the 92% that were noise, and gave three analysts their evenings back. That became the template.
2021
From scripts to systems
Automation projects kept dying the same way — a clever script, one edge case, and a workflow nobody trusted again. So we started building automation the way we build software: versioned, tested, observable, and reversible.
2023
Agents that could be held accountable
When language models became capable enough to plan and act, most of the industry shipped chat. We built the boring parts instead — permissions, evaluation harnesses, cost ceilings, audit history — so an agent could be given real authority without becoming a liability.

We started this company because we kept watching good organisations spend real money on technology that could not survive contact with their actual operations. The pattern was always the same: an impressive pilot, a quiet rollout, and a system nobody trusted six months later.
So we built the company we wanted to hire. Senior engineers on every engagement. Measured baselines before anyone writes code. Guardrails, audit trails and rollback paths treated as features, not overhead. And an honest answer when the honest answer is that you do not need us.

Innovation philosophy
We do not chase releases. We adopt a technology when it survives a hostile evaluation against the thing it claims to replace, and we retire our own work the moment something better exists. Novelty is not a deliverable.

Security philosophy
Assume compromise. Every system we build is designed so that a stolen credential, a bad prompt or a rogue integration produces a contained incident rather than a headline.

Engineering philosophy
Boring, observable systems beat clever, opaque ones. We optimise for the engineer who inherits this in three years — which is often our own client.

These are the criteria every deliverable is checked against before it leaves. They are not aspirational; a build that misses one does not ship.
Definition of done
Tested, documented, instrumented, deployed through a repeatable pipeline, and handed over with a runbook.
Review discipline
Every change is peer-reviewed. Security-sensitive changes get a second reviewer with an explicit threat lens.
Measured baselines
We record the before state — cost, cycle time, error rate — so improvement is a fact rather than an impression.
Accessibility floor
WCAG 2.2 AA is the minimum on everything we ship with a user interface, verified with real assistive technology.
Performance budget
Interfaces are held to Core Web Vitals budgets in CI. Regressions fail the build rather than the launch.
Operational readiness
Alerts, dashboards, on-call runbooks and rollback procedures exist before the first user does.
